DESCRIPTION:We have been coordinating this project with the Town of Strathr
 oy-Caradoc and Firefield Landscape Supply\, and we now have a date! We wil
 l be planting ~15 trees on Saturday\, May 9\, at Victoria Park in Strathro
 y. Instructions for getting to where we will be planting the trees: Travel
  south on Victoria St from Kitridge\, first drive on the west side\, south
  of the bridge. Parking is available at this address. Equipment we will ne
 ed:Shovels for digging holes (please label your shovel with your name). 3 
 large hammers/mallets to pound in stakes 3 rakes (garden rakes\, not leaf 
 rakes) to spread the mulch/dirt 2 wheelbarrows to move the trees   Don't 
 forget good shoes or work boots and work gloves!  We will have a short pla
 nting demonstration at 9:30 am\, to show what is required for properly pla
 nting these trees to give them the best chance at surviving. We have an ex
 pert\, Steve Shaw\, retired from the St. Clair Region Conservation Authori
 ty. Then\, we get planting! MyFM will also be on site for publicity!
